MARC GLAZER

Chairman of the Board and CEO

In dual roles as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Boost Capital, Mr. Glazer ensures full alignment of the company’s strategic and financial resources. Although he oversees all aspects of the company’s financial and business strategies, Mr. Glazer focuses specifically on management of banking and capital resources, finance strategy, strategic investment and acquisition, and international growth.

Prior to Boost Capital, Mr. Glazer led the growth of BFS Capital (BFS), Boost’s parent company in the U.S., since 2002. Today, BFS is a leading provider of business financing solutions in the U.S., and has expanded into the UK and Canada.

Bringing more than 26 years of leadership experience in both distribution and financial services to his executive role at Boost Capital, Mr. Glazer is a recognized thought leader in the specialty finance arena, and frequently sought out as a guest speaker on executive panels at the Wharton School of Business and various other SME-related roundtables.
